Our toddlers are called Adventurers and their base room consists of a carpeted area which has a large wooden climbing frame that helps their stability and supports their physical development.  This is also a great asset for imaginative play.

They also have a home corner and a story cave to encourage language development and they have free access to all the toys and equipment.  Our Adventurers also have a hard floor area where they can access sand and water play, messy play, malleable play, and drawing, painting and glueing daily.

All these activities form the foundation for early writing.

A word of warning: Children at this age love exploring all the messy play and experiences so they might not come home very clean!
